From Bali:

1) FAST BOAT TO GILI GEDE

Gili Getaway Fast Boat offers a direct route to the island 3 days per week in low season and then 6 days per week in high season either direct or via the northern Gili Islands. Included in your ticket price is a free hotel transfer in Bali to/from Serangan Harbor. 

Free pick up area includes: Kuta, Jimbaran, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Legian, Denpasar and Airport. Additional charge is applied to other areas outside the free zone. Price will be quoted upon booking enquiry.

Cost each way per person: 960.000 IDR

Cost return per person: 1.920.000 IDR

(Children 2 years or less travel for FREE and must sit on the parent or guardian’s lap)

Duration: 2 hours

On arrival to Gili Gede, we will arrange a boat to pick you up from the arrival jetty and bring you to the resort.

2) FAST BOAT FROM PADANGBAI HARBOUR TO SENGGIGI HARBOUR
If you're traveling from northern Bali, opting for a fast boat departure from Padangbai Harbour can offer a convenient alternative to departing from Serangan Harbour. These boats will transport you to Senggigi Harbour. While there are various boat operators available, we recommend Eka Jaya Fast Ferries.

We can provide a pickup service for IDR 450.000 to be paid directly to the driver, to confirm this please provide your time of arrival. The driver will be waiting for you at the main exit with a sign with your name displayed. The drive takes approximately 1hr 45mins. The driver will bring you to Tembowong Harbour where you buy a ticket for a private local taxi boat to the resort for 50,000 IDR per person. There is no boat time schedule they are at the jetty waiting for passengers.

3) SLOW FERRY FROM PADANGBAI HARBOUR TO LEMBAR HARBOUR

The public ferry from Padangbai Harbour to Lembar Harbour, Lombok departs every day / every hour over the 24 hour period. The journey is approximately 4 hours.

You will have to arrange your own transport to Padangbai Harbour from your current location in Bali.

We can arrange a pickup in Lembar Harbour for 300.000 IDR. You will need to confirm your departure time from Padangbai Harbour so we can coordinate the pickup. The drive takes approximately 45mins. The driver will bring you to Tembowong Harbour where you buy a ticket for a private local taxi boat to the resort for 50,000 IDR per person. There is no boat time schedule they are at the jetty waiting for passengers.

4) BALI TO LOMBOK BY AIR:

There are flights from Bali to Lombok daily. Book directly through the airline’s websites; Citilink, Wings Air / Lion Air. 
We provide an airport pickup service for IDR 400.000 to be paid directly to the driver. To confirm your transport booking please provide your flight details – airline, time of arrival and flight number.

The driver will be waiting for you at the main exit with a sign displaying your name. The drive is approximately 1hr 30 minutes. The driver will bring you to Tembowong Harbour where you buy a ticket for a private local taxi boat to the resort for 50,000 IDR per person. There is no boat time schedule they are at the jetty waiting for passengers.

Already in Lombok?

PICK UP FROM YOUR HOTEL:

We can arrange pick-up service from your current location in Lombok. Prices will be quoted on request. The driver will bring you to Tembowong Harbour where you buy a ticket for a private local taxi boat to the resort for 50,000 IDR per person. There is no boat time schedule they are at the jetty waiting for passengers.

To confirm this service, kindly provide the pick-up time, address, and contact information at least 24 hours in advance, allowing us ample time to make arrangements. You can also arrange drop-offs to your next destination in Lombok at reception 24 hours before check-out.

LOMBOK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

We provide an airport pickup service for IDR 400.000 to be paid directly to the driver. To confirm your transport booking please provide your flight details – airline, time of arrival and flight number.

The driver will be waiting for you at the main exit with a sign with your name. The drive is approximately 1hr 30 minutes. BANGSAL HARBOUR TO GILI GEDE

You will need to make your own arrangements from Gili Trewangan, Gili Meno or Gili Air to Bangsal Harbour by boat. Your current accommodation will be able to help you.

We can arrange a pickup service for IDR 550.000 to be paid directly to the driver, to confirm this please provide a time of arrival to Bangsal Harbour. The driver will be waiting for you at the main exit with a sign displaying your name. The drive takes approximately 2 hours. The driver will bring you to Tembowong Harbour where you buy a ticket for a private local taxi boat to the resort for 50,000 IDR per person. There is no boat time schedule they are at the jetty waiting for passengers.

From Nusa Lembongan:

Fast boats depart daily from the Yellow Bridge Harbour to Nusa Penida.
