PADI RESCUE DIVER

The PADI Rescue Diver course is both challenging and rewarding, designed to boost your confidence as a recreational diver. Through a mix of classroom learning and in-water rescue training, you’ll develop the skills to handle emergencies and assist others effectively. Students complete 12 open water exercises that focus on self-rescue, assisting distressed divers, and managing a range of emergency scenarios. These exercises are spread across four dives for a comprehensive learning experience.

  • Don’t have an EFR certificate?

    If you don’t already hold a recognised first aid certificate issued or updated within the last two years, we offer a combined package where you can complete the Emergency First Response (EFR) course on day 1, prior to starting the Rescue Diver training.

  • DAILY SCHEDULE:

    Your daily schedule will be customied by your instructor and a plan will be emailed to you prior to your course start date.

  • PREREQUISITES:

    • Minimum certification Open Water Diver (Junior) Diver or equivalent

    • Snacks and refreshments for your 1 hour surface break between dives

    • Oxygen/First Aid kit and safety equipment on board
